Section 146.55 - Approval of Gaming Equipment/Approval of New Gaming Equipment(1) At the Bureau's request, the manufacturer will supply a sample of suggested equipment for review and testing.(2) A gaming licensee, in conjunction with other interested parties, may petition the Bureau in writing for the approval of new gaming equipment in accordance with the process set forth in 205 CMR 147.00: Uniform Standards of Rules of the Games related to petitions for a new game or game variation.
