Section 136.06 - Term and Renewal of License(1)Gaming Beverage License. A gaming beverage license shall expire three years from the date of issuance. To ensure uninterrupted use of the license, the gaming beverage licensee shall submit an application for renewal in the form prescribed in 205 CMR 136.04(1) at least 45 days prior to expiration.(2)Special Event Beverage Permit.
