Section 2.15 - Commercial Clubs(1) A Commercial Club is a holder of a Restaurant license under M.G.L. c. 138, § 12, who has been granted written permission by the Local Licensing Authorities and the Commission to restrict admission to the licensed premises to persons who have paid an annual membership fee.(2) A licensee may request, by application, written permission of the Local Licensing Authorities and the Commission to operate as a Commercial Club.(3) Said application shall set forth the requirements for membership.(4) Membership may not be denied on the basis of race, color, creed, place of national origin or sex.
