Section 19.02 - Prohibition Of Sale Without License(1) No person or owner or operator of a ship operating out of any port of the Commonwealth shall sell, deliver or expose or keep for sale or store aboard ship any alcoholic beverages unless licensed by the Commission to do so.(2) No ship licensee shall sell alcoholic beverages other than those purchased from a licensed ship chandler or from a licensee under M.G.L. c. 138, §§ 18, 19, 19B, 19C.
