Section 630.419 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Home-delivered Meals

Conditions of Payment. Home-delivered meals are limited to the provision of one per day, although multiple meals may be delivered at the same time provided the proper storage is available in the home. This service is limited to participants residing in their own private residence.
