Section 630.405 - [Effective 1/1/2025] HCBS Waiver Coverage TypesA participant is eligible for HCBS waiver services according to the applicable HCBS waiver under which the participant is enrolled. See 130 CMR 519.007: Individuals Who Would Be Institutionalized. Each HCBS waiver coverage type is described in 130 CMR 630.405(A) through (D). Payment for the covered services listed in 130 CMR 630.000 is subject to all conditions and restrictions of MassHealth, including all applicable prerequisites for payment.
(A)Acquired Brain Injury with Residential Habilitation (ABI-RH) Waiver. The following ABI waiver services are covered for eligible MassHealth members who are enrolled as participants under the ABI-RH Waiver:(1) assisted living services;(2) assistive technology;(3) community-based day supports;(4) community behavioral health support and navigation;(6) home accessibility adaptations;(7) individual support and community habilitation;(8) occupational therapy;(9) orientation and mobility services;(12) prevocational services;(13) residential family training;(14) residential habilitation;(15) shared living - 24-hour supports;(17) specialized medical equipment;(19) supported employment;(20) transitional assistance services; and(B)Acquired Brain Injury Non-residential Habilitation (ABI-N) Waiver. The following ABI waiver services are covered for eligible MassHealth members who are enrolled as participants under the ABI-N Waiver: (2) assistive technology;(4) community-based day supports;(5) community behavioral health support and navigation;(6) community family training;(8) home accessibility adaptations;(9) home delivered meals;(12) independent living supports;(13) individual support and community habilitation;(15) occupational therapy;(16) orientation and mobility services;(20) prevocational services;(22) shared home supports;(24) specialized medical equipment;(26) supported employment;(27) supportive home care aide;(28) transitional assistance services;(30) vehicle modification.(C)Moving Forward Plan Residential Supports (MFP-RS) Waiver. The following HCBS waiver services are covered for eligible MassHealth members who are enrolled as participants under the MFP-RS Waiver:(1) assisted living services;(2) assistive technology;(3) community-based day supports;(4) community behavioral health support and navigation;(6) home accessibility adaptations;(7) individual support and community habilitation;(8) occupational therapy;(9) orientation and mobility services;(12) prevocational services;(13) residential family training;(14) residential habilitation;(15) shared living - 24-hour supports;(17) specialized medical equipment;(19) supported employment;(20) transitional assistance services; and(D)Moving Forward Plan Community Living (MFP-CL) Waiver.
