Section 610.064 - MassHealth Agency Employee RightsAny MassHealth agency employee against whom allegations of coercive or otherwise improper conduct have been made may present his or her own case and will have the right to
(A) be assisted by a representative of his or her choice at his or her own expense;(B) bring witnesses or subpoena witnesses upon request to BOH;(C) present and establish all relevant facts and circumstances by oral testimony and documentary evidence;(D) advance any pertinent arguments without undue interference;(E) question or refute any testimony and confront and cross-examine adverse witnesses; and(F) examine and introduce any pertinent evidence, including material from the case file.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1397, eff. 8/9/2019.
