Section 610.013 - Methods for Conducting a Fair Hearing(A) A fair hearing may be conducted (1) face-to-face, whether in person or by video conferencing; or(2) telephonically, if the party appearing telephonically agrees to such an appearance and notifies the BOH in advance of hearing of such a request.(B) Hearings may be consolidated and/or a single hearing may be conducted on multiple requests for fair hearings for the same application, at the discretion of the hearing officer, and provided all parties agree.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1354, eff. 12/18/2017.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1397, eff. 8/9/2019.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1485, eff. 12/23/2022.
