Section 506.010 - Verification of Medical and Remedial-care Expenses(A) Medical or remedial-care expenses must be verified by a bill or written statement from a health care provider with the exception of expenses for nonprescription drugs, which must be verified by a receipt from the provider of the drug.(B) Verifications must include all of the following information:(1) the type of service provided;(2) the name of the person for whom the service was provided;(3) the amount charged for the service including the current balance; andAmended by Mass Register Issue 1357, eff. 1/26/2018.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1500, eff. 7/21/2023.
