Section 450.227 - Provider Contract: Termination or Disapproval

The MassHealth agency may at its discretion disapprove a provider contract, and may terminate an existing contract, if the provider fails to disclose any information in accordance with the provisions of 130 CMR 450.222, 450.223, or 42 CFR §§ 455.100 through 106, 42 CFR 455.436, 42 CFR §1002, or as otherwise required by state or federal law.
