Section 448.422 - Outreach(A) Services rendered in a member's home, place of residence, or an appropriate, mutually-agreed-upon community-based location by clinicians who are employed by the community behavioral health center may be billed by the center when provided in accordance with the requirements of 130 CMR 448.000. All services provided in community-based settings must be provided in accordance with all provisions in 130 CMR 448.000.(B) All community behavioral health center services must be billed with a Place of Service (POS) code denoting the location in which the treatment was delivered.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1485, eff. 1/1/2023.
