Acupuncturists who furnish services to MassHealth members must report the results of these services to the member's primary care provider or Primary Care Clinician (PCC) in writing. The acupuncturist may report the results of treatment initially by telephone, but he or she must then submit a written report of the initial consultation and subsequent periodic reevaluations.
