130 CMR 437.000 governs the provision of hospice services under MassHealth. All hospices participating in MassHealth must comply with MassHealth regulations including, but not limited to, MassHealth regulations set forth in 130 CMR 437.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
