Section 429.409 - Out-of-state Providers: Maximum Allowable Fees

Payment to a mental health center located out-of-state shall be in accordance with the applicable rate schedule of its state's medical assistance program, or its equivalent, and is always subject to the applicable conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in 130 CMR 429.000.
