Section 417.401 - Introduction

All psychiatric day treatment programs participating in MassHealth must comply with the regulations of the MassHealth agency governing MassHealth including, but not limited to, 130 CMR 417.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
