Section 414.418 - Maximum Allowable Fees(A) Independent nurse providers must accept MassHealth payment in full for nursing services according to the rates and regulations established by EOHHS as set forth in 101 CMR 361.00: Rates for Continuous Skilled Nursing Agency and Independent Nursing Services. Payments are subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in 130 CMR 414.000 and 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.(B) The payments made by the MassHealth agency to the independent nurse constitute payment in full for nursing services as well as for all administrative duties relating to such services.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1529, eff. 8/30/2024.
