DME providers must participate in any quality management and program integrity processes established by the MassHealth agency including making any necessary data including, but not limited to, member complaint data under 130 CMR 409.405(N) and (S), available and providing access to the provider's place of business upon request by the MassHealth agency or its designee, within the time frame designated by the MassHealth agency.
