Section 403.428 - Maximum Allowable Fees

Home health agencies must accept MassHealth payment in full for home health services according to the rates and regulations established by EOHHS as set forth in 101 CMR 350.00: Rates for Home Health Services. Payments are subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth in 130 CMR 403.000 and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
