Section 2.711 - Refugee Cash Assistance and Refugee Medical Assistance(1) Refugee Cash Assistance is available to the participant as temporary financial support. It is also available to certain refugees who are exempt from participation. Non-financial and financial eligibility requirements and factors are described in 121 CMR 2.400 through 2.565.(2) Refugee Medical Assistance is available to a refugee to provide access to medical care. It is available to participants and non-participants. Eligibility for Refugee Cash Assistance is not required to be eligible for Refugee Medical Assistance.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1328, eff. 12/16/2016.
