Section 1.300 - Rights of the AppellantThe appellant shall have the right to:
(a) Be assisted by an authorized representative;(c) Introduce evidence from his or her case record or any other pertinent Case Management Provider documents;(d) Present and establish all relevant facts and circumstances by oral testimony and documentary evidence;(e) Present oral and written arguments without undue interference;(f) Question or refute any testimony, and confront and cross-examine adverse witnesses.(g) Be assisted by an interpreter when limited English proficiency prevents adequate participation in the fair hearing.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1328, eff. 12/16/2016.
