Families with developmentally disabled children may be eligible to receive respite services from the Department of Mental Retardation, under the auspices of an Interagency Agreement between the Department and DMR. (This Interagency Agreement, as of July 1, 1988, transferred the responsibility for providing those respite care services for developmentally disable persons that were previously defined in 110 CMR 7.000, (specifically 7.050 through 7.057), to the Department of Mental Retardation.)
