Section 7.007 - PPPP - Administration(1) The Commissioner shall appoint an advisory committee which may make recommendations on issues such as the services to be eligible for funding under this program, the priorities for services to be provided, the target populations to be served through the program, and composition of the partner share.(2) The Department retains final authority to determine priorities and eligible services.
