Section 7.003 - Providers - Delivery of Services(1) Every provider shall deliver services in conformance with the provisions of the contract.(2) Every provider shall utilize the eligibility criteria as set forth in the contract or the Department's regulations in determining whether an applicant is eligible for the services enumerated in the provider's contract with the Department.(3) No provider shall require a recipient of services to sign any agreement which purports to limit the provider's liability with respect to the provision of those services.(4) The Department, in conformance with the provisions of the contract, may conduct periodic monitoring activities of the provider's programmatic and fiscal performance and status.
