Section 7.031 - Eligibility(1) Family support services are used to strengthen the family unit, and eliminate the need for placement of children into substitute care.(2) Family support services may be approved for families who are receiving other Department services, and when, in the judgment of the Department, the family support services will strengthen the family unit and thereby eliminate the need for placement of children into substitute care.
