Section 7.092 - Application for Emergency Shelter Services
Clients may apply for emergency shelter services in the following manner:
(1) by applying directly to the Department;(2) by applying directly to an emergency shelter service provider under contract with the Department; or(3) by applying to another agency, which may refer the client to the Department or to an emergency shelter service provider under contract with the Department.
