Section 7.212 - Fair Hearings and Grievances on Adoption-related Matters(1) Adoption - related matters that may be appealed via the Fair Hearing process are set forth at 110 CMR 10.06(5).(2) All other adoption-related matters will be reviewed under the Department's grievance process established by 110 CMR 10.37 through 10.39.
