Section 12.02 - Confidentiality of Department Records

Access to the Department's records * is governed by several sources of law:

(1) M.G.L. c. 119, §§ 51E and F

(2) M.G.L. c. 66A ("FIPA")

(3) M.G.L. c. 4, §.7 clause 26 and M.G.L. c. 30, § 42 and M.G.L. c. 66 (Public Records Law)

(4) M.G.L. c. 210, § 5C and 5D (adoption records)
