Section 10.28 - Special Requests(1) An Appellant may withdraw a request for a Fair Hearing at any time by filing a written withdrawal signed by the Appellant.(2) The Hearing Officer may shorten the notice period of scheduling a hearing, for good cause or for emergency purposes.
