Medical care shall be provided in accordance with the standards and limitations of 114.3 CMR which embodies the policies, procedures, standards and fees relating to administration of the medical care aspects of the public assistance programs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In the event of discrepancies or conflicts between 108 CMR 10.00 and any other chapter of 108 C MR, the provisions of 108 CMR 10.00 shall apply.
