Section 705.210 - Obtaining SNAP(A) An applicant or client may also apply for and be eligible for SNAP benefits. The worker must ask whether the applicant wants to apply for SNAP, and if so, must ensure that the application is processed appropriately. When all the members of the SNAP household are receiving TAFDC and/or SSI benefits, the household is categorically eligible for SNAP.
