The policies described in this chapter are the basis for the administration and function of both the Transitional Aid to Families with Dependent Children (TAFDC) and Emergency Aid to the Elderly, Disabled and Children (EAEDC) programs; specific eligibility policies for TAFDC and EAEDC are found in 106 CMR 703.000: Nonfinancial Eligibility and 704.000: Financial Eligibility.
