Section 365.500 - Households Living with Nonhousehold Members

Nondisqualified nonhousehold members as defined in 106 CMR 361.230(A) through (C) and (E) shall be treated in accordance with 106 CMR 365.510.

Disqualified nonhousehold members as defined in 106 CMR 361.230(D): Disqualified Individuals shall be considered in accordance with 106 CMR 365.520.
