Section 343.410 - Rights of the AppellantThe appellant shall have the right to:
(A) be assisted by an authorized representative;(C) examine and introduce evidence from his or her case record, and examine and introduce any pertinent Department documents;(D) present and establish all relevant facts and circumstances by oral testimony and documentary evidence;(E) make any pertinent arguments without undue interference; and(F) question or refute any testimony, and confront and cross-examine adverse witnesses.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1327, eff. 12/2/2016.
