Section 700.140 - Waiver of Requirements Imposed on RegistrantsThe Commissioner may issue a waiver of one or more of the requirements imposed through 105 CMR 700.000 upon a finding that:
(1) compliance would cause undue hardship to the registrant;(2) the registrant's noncompliance does not jeopardize the health or safety of individuals or the public;(3) the registrant has instituted compensating measures that are acceptable to the Commissioner; and(4) the registrant provides to the Commissioner, or their designee, written documentation supporting its request for a waiver.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1377, eff. 11/2/2018.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1393, eff. 6/14/2019.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1488, eff. 2/3/2023.
