Section 700.125 - Adjudicatory Proceedings(A) All adjudicatory proceedings will be conducted in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A and 801 CMR 1.01: Formal Rules.(B) The Commissioner shall designate a Presiding Officer to conduct a hearing and render a tentative decision containing findings of fact and rulings of law.
