The commissioner finds the following substances to be toxic:
(1) Formaldehyde.(2) Urea-formaldehyde foamed-in-place insulation.(3) Snuff(4) Children's reusable food or beverage containers containing bisphenol-A that are manufactured on or after January 7, 2011, or sold at retail on or after July 1, 2011.
