Section 590.016 - Criminal Penalties(A)Violation of 105 CMR 590.000 Provisions. Any person who violates any provision of 105 CMR 590.000 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $500 for a subsequent offense unless a different penalty is set by statute.(B)Failure to Comply with Orders. Any person who fails to comply with any order issued pursuant to 105 CMR 590.000 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $500 for a subsequent offense. Each day's failure to comply with an order shall constitute a separate offense.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1375, eff. 10/5/2018.
