Section 451.500 - Effect of State Sanitary Code

If any provision of 105 CMR 451.000 conflicts with a provision of the State Sanitary Code adopted by the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111, § 127A, the provision of the State Sanitary Code shall govern.
