Section 451.403 - Transmission of Report

The Program Director or his designee shall transmit a copy of the written report of inspection to each of the following persons:

(A) the Superintendent or Administrator of the facility;

(B) the Commissioner of Correction;

(C) the Secretary of Human Services;

(D) the Clerk of the Senate;

(E) the Clerk of the House of Representatives;

(F) the Environmental Health Officer of the facility; and

(G) any individual or group who has requested a copy of the report by filing a written request with the Departmentin December of the previous year; provided, that the Department may charge a copying fee.
