Section 451.121 - Privacy(A) Each toilet and shower stall shall be divided from every other toilet and/or shower stall by a partition which provides privacy. The Program Director may grant a waiver to this requirement if he/she finds that in the area affected, inmates must be closely supervised for security reasons.(B) Separate toilet and shower rooms shall be provided for men and women.
