Section 440.20 - General Administration

The provisions of 105 CMR 400.000: State Sanitary Code Chapter I: General Administrativ e Procedures, shall govern the administration and enforcement of 105 CMR 440.00 except as supplemented by the 105 CMR 440.21 through 440.28.
