Section 430.250 - Vehicle Requirements(A) Any motor vehicle used for the transportation of children enrolled in a camp program shall be in compliance with the pertinent sections of M.G.L c. 90, in particular, §§ 7B and 7D, and with all applicable regulations of 540 CMR: Registry of Motor Vehicles.(B) Any vehicle used for transportation of children shall have passed an annual safety inspection in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1361, eff. 3/23/2018.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
