Section 420.800 - General Administration(A)Applicability of 105 CMR 400.000: State Sanitary Code, Chapter I: General Administrative Procedures. The provisions of 105 CMR 400.000: State Sanitary Code, Chapter I: General Administrative Procedures, with respect to administration and enforcement of these minimum standards shall apply, unless otherwise specified, to 105 CMR 420.000.(B)No Restriction Implied Upon Authority of Local Boards of Health. The provisions of 105 CMR 420.000 shall not be construed to limit or restrict the powers or duties of local boards of health.
