Section 410.140 - Plumbing Connections(A) Every required kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower or bathtub shall be connected to the hot and cold water lines of the water distribution system and to a sanitary drainage system in compliance with accepted standards as defined in 105 CMR 410.010.(B) Every flush toilet shall be connected to the water distribution system and to a sanitary drainage system in compliance with accepted standards as defined in 105 CMR 410.010.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1495, eff. 5/12/2023.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1497, eff. 5/12/2023.
