Section 170.955 - Grounds for Denial of Accreditation(A) Grounds for denial of accreditation include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Failure to meet the requirements for becoming accredited by the Department, in accordance with 105 CMR 170.946;(2) Failure to submit an application and fee in accordance with 105 CMR 170.946(C);(3) Failure to satisfy the Department as to any of the grounds for determining the responsibility and suitability of the applicant under 105 CMR 170.948; or(4) Fraud, deceit or knowing submission of inaccurate or incomplete data to the Department, either orally or in writing.(B) Denial of accreditation may be appealed in accordance with 105 CMR 170.760.Amended, Mass Register Issue 1257, eff. 3/28/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1321, eff. 9/9/2016.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1486, eff. 1/6/2023.
