Section 170.050 - The State EMS PlanThe Department shall develop and implement the state EMS plan, which shall provide the framework for delivery of quality of EMS accessible to all patients by the local jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth. This state EMS plan shall consist of the following:
(A) The EMS System regulations, at 105 CMR 170.000;(B) All Department-approved service zone plans;(C) The Statewide Treatment Protocols;(D) All Department-approved point-of-entry plans;(E) The Massachusetts Emergency Medical Services Communications Plan, and(F) The Statewide Mass Casualty Incident Plan.Amended, Mass Register Issue 1257, eff. 3/28/2014.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1486, eff. 1/6/2023.
