Section 168.010 - Examination Review, Notification and Administrative Review(A) Applicants will received notification of their written examination score within a set number of days determined by the Department.(B) Applicants who fail the examination may retake the examination one additional time within the 12-month period from the date of the initial examination.(C) With notification of a determination to deny issuance of a license, an applicant who has failed the written examination may request an administrative review of the determination within 30 days.
