Section 164.608 - Renewal of Approval(A) Applicants seeking renewal for an Approval shall meet all requirements for approval specified in 105 CMR 164.607.(B) Applicants for renewal must submit to the Department completed applications required by the Department prior to the expiration of the Approval. (1) If the complete renewal application is timely filed with the Department, the Approval shall not expire until the Department makes a determination on the renewal application.(2) If an application is not submitted timely, the service may not continue to operate after the expiration of its Approval without the written permission of the Department.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1482, eff. 11/11/2022.
