Section 158.028 - Restrictions(A) A Program may not utilize any portion of its participant area for any purpose other than providing Services during the Program hours of operation.(B) A Program may not utilize any portion of its participant area for the purpose of running a business other than the business of providing Services.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1277, eff. 1/2/2015.
