Section 156.400 - Documentation of Completed Training(A) The training program shall issue to each student who successfully completes the nurse aide training program a documentation of completion in a format specified by the Department.(B) Facility administrators shall accept the document of completion as proof of meeting the training requirements set forth in 105 CMR 156.000.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1340, eff. 6/2/2017.
